Is there such thing as a too-silly plot twist? How intense is Gilbertian duty? And is Stanley really the model of a modern major-general? Find out when the MIT Gilbert & Sullivan Players parody the G&S canon in this original concert-style musical comedy.

Eminent lyricist and playwright Sir W.S. Gilbert is facing trial. The charge: irrelevance. The jury: you!

Alternately aided and hindered by musical testimony from his own creations, Gilbert will set out to prove that his topsy-turvy collaborations with Sir Arthur Sullivan are as relevant to modern audiences as they were when they were first written over 100 years ago.

Whether you've never heard of Gilbert & Sullivan before, or you are a Savoyard tried and true, you're sure to enjoy this original hour-long production that parodies songs from throughout the G&S canon.
